Costs

Legal services:

With regard to our legal services, we calculate our remuneration acc.to the Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG) (Lawyers' Remuneration Law). Any fees to be charged are calculated acc. to the value in dispute (§ 49 b sect. 5 BRAO), (Federal code of Lawyers' Fees), unless agreed otherwise.

In individual cases, we assess our remuneration together with the clients acc. to the time involved or acc. to an adequate value in dispute. We are happy to explain any details in the course of a personal conversation.

First consultation:

For a first consultation, we normally charge a remuneration between 120,00 EUR and 250,00 EUR per hour depending on the value in dispute and on the extent of the consultation.

Notarial services:

Any notarial services are remunerated acc. to the Kostenordnung (KostO: Notaries' Schedule of Charges).

Mediation:

For mediation services, we charge a remuneration between 120,00 EUR and 250,00 EUR per hour. We are happy to discuss any details in the course of a personal conversation.


Any service of our office is subject to VAT.
